This notice states our terms and conditions under which any individual may use the Centre for the Study of Commercial Activity (CSCA’s) website (www.csca.ryerson.ca) within the context of the overarching provisions set by Toronto Metropolitan University and its policies (https://www.ryerson.ca/policies/policy-list/ ).
It is your responsibility to review the current terms each time you use the website as you will be bound by them.
Access to Research and Data
Any individual who wishes to access the CSCA's research or purchase location data and/or metrics must set up a member account to do so. The Centre relies upon its membership to support its activities. Each interested individual is advised to set up their own personal member account and are not allowed to redistribute CSCA research or data outside of the process that this website facilitates. Each company will be automatically listed on the CSCA current membership page once an individual sets up a member account.
Copyright and Use of Research and Data
The content of all research reports cannot be reproduced in whole or in part without explicit written permission and is intended for members of the CSCA. Members may download CSCA's copyrighted research insights for their personal use only.
Any CSCA data purchased is for internal company use only and cannot be redistributed in whole or in part outside of your member organization.
