B2B & B2C: Recent Developments in E-Commerce

Gone are doubts about the pace of change in the global marketplace and rate of expansion of business-to-consumers (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) models of e-commerce. Very few brick-and-mortar retailers or, in fact, businesses of any kind do not follow the developments in e-commerce with a mixture of excitement and fear.
